You must be wondering that even after a week of intense abs workout routine, “Why are my abs still not visible?!”
Now ,let me explain why?
See ,when you doing intense abs workout for a long time, you are actually building your abdominal muscles like abs, 0bliques etc. But the only reason you are not able to see them is because you have fat over those muscles. This fat is the last obstacle one needs to cross to achieve a body with visible abs.
So in order to get your dream physique with abs , you have to decrease your weight or fat. You can do this weight loss by being in a ‘ calorie deficit ‘ . This means that you have to eat at least 100 calories less than your maintenance calories( the amount of calories that if you will consume , you will neither lose weight nor gain it) till you reach your weight loss plateau. When you reach this plateau , you have to increase your calorie deficit from 100 calories to 200 calories. Repeat this process till you reach your dream physique.( NOTE: Never go below a deficit of 400 calories)
