Most of the times when we are in a stressful or pressure situation (I am not referring the pressure of bathroom:), our human brains tend to give up and unleash all our anger, grief, remorse etc. in some or the other form as we lose control over our minds because of this pressure. Sometimes, we may even end up beating up or scream at someone without any cause, and after we realise that we done such a wrong deed, we end up increasing the guilt or remorse in our minds which was already on a high-level. Or we may even suffer from depression.
Now this pressure can be of any form, be it academic, family or financial. And all of them are equally lethal. But it is up to us whether we get up and fight this pressure and make it a blessing or let it crush us and become a nightmare for us.
So if you are a person who tends to lose control over yourself or get downhearted by any stressful or panic situation but want to change this fact, then this post is for you which will help you to remain calm-minded under such situations.

How to remain CALM-MINDED?
See there is no secret mantra to keep our heads calm during our rough times. But the ability to do so builds over time and experience.
Still, I will tell you guys some ways to do to remain calm-minded in pressure –
- MEDITATION– If you do this, it will increase your concentration levels and will reach your mind a state of peace with all other wasteful thoughts out of your head. With such benefits of meditation, you will easily phase out of your problems or pressure situations as you would be able to focus only on your goal and will work hard for it.
- THINK OF PRESENT– See if you keep thinking about the things which will come as result in future as you come out of your “sorrowful situation”, you would not be able to focus on the problem in-hand. It will also increase the self-pressure for you to grab those rewards. And as a result, you will fail and all your dreams about rewards for that situation will be shattered. Thereafter, you will be more depressed than ever that you couldn’t reach your goals. But if you keep your head in the present, you will be giving your 100% focus to the problem in-hand and will not feel panicked while tackling the problem due to great focus. With this technique, you can definitely face your problems and the pressure created.
- DON’T FEEL THE PRESSURE– This is one of the most hardest technique but if you master this art, you will be the lotus in the wet-lands. If you do not feel the pressure, then you won’t have self-doubt or a low morale. Thus you will fight the pressure much more efficiently and smartly leading to success. Even the great Andrea Pirlo adopted this technique before winning the 2006 FIFA World Cup. These were his words-
I DON’T FEEL PRESSURE…. I DON’T GIVE A TOSS ABOUT IT. I SPENT THE AFTERNOON SLEEPING AND PLAYING THE PLAYSTATION. IN THE EVENING, I WENT OUT AND WON THE WORLD CUP.– ANDREA PIRLO
So there you go, these are the things I personally feel are crucial to stay calm-minded under pressure. And these things will surely help you stay cool but let me rephrase this again- “The art of remaining calm-minded builds over time and experience and it only depends on you whether you learn from your past or not”.
